When you send a quotation request we collect the information you type into the form:

• Your name and the organisation you are enquiring for
• Your phone number and email address
• The delivery postcode
• What the water is for, the volume, how it should be supplied and how often
• Anything you write in the notes field

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

• To answer your enquiry and quote for supply. Lawful basis: taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
• To supply and invoice you, if you go ahead. Lawful basis: performance of a contract.
• To understand how the website is used. Lawful basis: your consent, given through the cookie banner and withdrawable at any time.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use enquiry details for marketing unless you have separately agreed to that.

Who we share it with

• Resend — delivers the enquiry email to us.
• Cloudflare — hosts the website and serves it to your browser.
• Google Analytics — only if you accept analytics cookies.

How long we keep it
