Why the water matters
What hard water costs you.
Mains water brings dissolved minerals into every stage of a process — rinse, clean-in-place, steam raising, product make-up. Purified water removes that variable, so a batch behaves the same on Friday as it did on Monday.
It also keeps the plant off the maintenance schedule. Scale builds in heat exchangers, spray nozzles and steam lines every time hard water passes through them, and comes back out as downtime.
- Consistent make-up and dilution, batch to batch
- No scale in heat exchangers, nozzles or steam lines
- Final rinse that leaves nothing behind on stainless
Protects the equipment
No mineral deposit left in chambers, reservoirs, nozzles or feed lines.
