What hard water costs you.
Coolant mixed with hard water drops out of emulsion and shortens tool life. Parts washing with mains water leaves a mineral film on everything it dries on. Purified water takes both problems off the list.
It goes further than the machine shop — humidification, battery top-up and test rigs all want water with nothing in it.
