Questions
Ordering
questions.
Do we need our own containers?
[Confirm: do you sell containers, hire IBCs, run an exchange, or is it bring your own? This is the first question most new customers ask.]
Is there a minimum order?
[Confirm minimum order and whether it differs for collection and delivery.]
What does it cost?
Pricing depends on volume, frequency and whether you collect or we deliver. [Confirm rate card.] The planner above uses a sample rate purely to show the shape of it — send an enquiry for a firm price.
How long does purified water keep?
Stored sealed and out of direct sunlight it stays usable for months. Keep containers capped: purified water is aggressive and will pick up whatever it is left open to.
Can we collect rather than have it delivered?
Yes, from the Lincoln plant. Ring ahead for anything over 1,000 litres so we have it drawn off and waiting.
